Maximum of 3 people strength and conditioning group in a leaning how to lift safely and effectively, and learn how to do compound exercise with conditioning at the end, and be part of nutrition group on Facebook to get insights on nutrition and how to plan meals etc.

This is on Mondays and Fridays at 10am.
